All documents will be verified and returned to you. Please keep originals for verification.

Birth Certificate
Original and photocopy of the child's birth certificate issued by the municipal corporation.
Address Proof
Any government-issued address proof (Aadhar Card, Electricity Bill, Rental Agreement, etc.)
Medical Records
Child's medical records including vaccination history, blood group, and any specific health conditions.
Photographs
Passport-size photographs (3 copies) of the child and parents (2 copies each).
Parent ID Proof
Government-issued ID proof of parents (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, etc.)
Income Certificate (Optional)
Income certificate for scholarship or financial assistance consideration (if applicable).
Transfer Certificate
Transfer certificate from the previous school (if applicable).

Please bring both originals and photocopies of all documents. The originals will be returned to you after verification.
